In fact, there was no evidence of alcohol when Richie was arrested. She allegedly confessed to cops she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot." - Well, the mix of that pain killer and the pot causes the same as alcohol and drugs. If she did not know it, well, maybe they close one eye and let her be. I really do not know how tough the laws are there in California. The fact, that there was no alcohol, it almost allows her driving after being charged of DUI.

Yet in other sections, it refers to Smith's "children," instructing the executor, for example, to manage the estate "such that my children are distributed sufficient sums for their health, education and support."" - Well, her will is clear and simple. First of all Daniel should inherit everything of her estate, but secondly all the others, too, enough for "their health, education and support. Smith should be buried where she wanted to be buried, and it seems to be where she bought a place in the Bahamas for this purpose. Stern, as the executor, should have the rights to do her will. I suggest, that she has been embalmed, because it will take a while until her burial, but it could also be that kind of embalm, that we all know in Europe in order to put the body to be shown for the last time to the relatives and friends of the dead person.

At the time of her arrest, Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot, but never mentioned consuming any alcohol." - It is for sure at this point a serious matter, cause she was already charged once. Now, it's the second time. I do not know how American laws are regarding a second time, but I suppose it is not going to be like the first time. I hope the best for her, and I hope she will never ever meet DUI again!

Stern has no motif to do any harm to Smith or now to the daughter, because he is the legal father of her, and she was the mbeloved mother of DanielLynn. Birkhead instead, he has a motif, cause Smith did not want to give any DNA to determine the paternity (jealousy could be another one), and I would like to know, how this reporter can be so sure about the possibility to be the biological father, if Smith denied it. Smith loved Stern, so I am sure she wouldn't have loved him for such a long time (10 years), if she would have thought he could do harm to her son, daughter and to her. Smith's mother was hatred by her. But now the press is saying, that Smith died naturally.. which is the truth now? We all will know it sooner or later. Smith was a sweet-tempered and a good-natured woman, and I would say, that she was it too much to people, who did not deserve her or her goodness. She's been a victim all the time. This is for sure a sort of mystery novel. Faact is, that it is highly suspicious, how things went there.

Fuer seinen naechsten Urlaub plant er naemlich, mit einem batteriebetriebenen "Smart" durch Italien zu reisen." - Als batteribetriebenes Auto koennte Clooney bei Diaz punkten, und bescheidenermassen auch bei mir. Allerdings, die "Groesse" eines Winzlings wuerde mich zu schaffen machen. Ich bin leicht klaustrophobisch, und es kaeme noch hinzu, dass dieses Auto bei einem Autounfall wohl die schlechter Karten haette.

Stern is the legal father of the baby, and not even the "now motherly" mother of Smith will be able to take the baby away, not legally, not for a biological reason. And, I would suggest, that the reporter Birkhead should take a cold shower, and sit down (to cool down, cause he has no rights to do anything till the determination of the biological father - and this only if it should turn out to be the biological father).
