25.11.09 - (Contactmusic.com) 'Up in the Air' starring George Clooney has received the most nominations at next year's Golden Globes. The comedy drama - in which Clooney stars as Ryan Bingham, a corporate downsizer who travels the country delivering bad news - is up for six awards, including Best Motion Picture, Best Actor for Clooney and Best Director for Jason Reitman. States voluntarily.

Meryl Streep will receive a lot of media and audience attention.. 14 films will be broadcasted, and an award for her achievements. In my eyes she is so talented, and I guess I am right, because all those statuettes named Oscar.. I am a fan of her. And, George Clooney has a movie to promote in Rome. Will he go with his new girl-friend? Who knows.. but I have for sure the same "problems" as in Berlin regarding the tickets.. they are all gone - sold out - no way. I have no clue, what to do in these cases..

02.089.09 - Festival di Venezia is the next important and famous event to people of this sector (also my one - I hope nobody forgot it.. ). I guess it already started, because George Clooney is "in town".. AND, not alone?! Ohi!

When Shakespeare wrote: 'Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May' he could well have been talking about this month's eagerly anticipated Cannes Film Festival. For the winds of change are blowing at the Palais des Festivals in the form of 'Up', a Disney Pixar animated film set to open the show on the 13th of May. This is a bod choice - not only will it be the first ever animated film to open the festival, but the picture is also the first Disney film and the only 3D feature to be given this honour. .. Chief Creative Officer for Pixar, John Lasseter, who also happens to be the movie's executive producer said in a press release: "We are absolutely thrilled that the Cannes Film Festival has chosen 'Up' to be its prestigious opening night offering. This is a huge step for animation, and further supports our belief that a great animated film is simply a great film". - .. All these advertising, and they did not even pay me... !

21.03.09 - I guess the other event of the year after this (Festival di Sanremo) is The Oscars'. Congrats to all the winners of the Oscars' Night!
22.02.09 - Festival Della Canzone Italiana a Sanremo, Italy: The Winner for the category Bigs Is Marco Carta with the song La Forza Mia. Che Sanremo questo Sanremo! Mentre l'anno scorso soltanto alcune serate erano seriamente di un certo livello, ma di sicuro una differente dall'altra, in questa edizione TUTTE le serate erano prontate allo stesso modo, e con stile, qualitá, di ottimo livello, ed il conduttore senz'alcun dubbio spiritoso, allegro, brillante frizzante come il suo stesso spettacolo, perché é stato veramente uno spettacolo, e di altissimo livello con influenze americane o dovrei scrivere addirittura hollywoodiane, e si pensi alle intro di ogni serata. Questo festival ha avuto un Direttore Artistico che é stato in quanto a gusti con occhio da regista americano. Io ne sono rimasta personalmente estremamente colpita, e decisamente in senso positivo. Quest'anno concedo un "wow" allo spettacolo in sé, a tutte le cinque serate, e non ad una sola canzone come l'anno scorso fu del tutto ed unicamente per i Giovani con L'Amore cantata dal mio Diego e da Luca, i Sonohra. Quest'anno sono state interpretate mooolto meglio le canzoni da premiare, ma questo a scapito delle canzoni in sé, perché di veramente belle non ce n'erano molte. Tuttavia sono arrivate ai primi posti tutt'e tre le canzoni fra le poche, che agli effetti mi piacevano. La canzone premiata é una canzone estremamente positiva, e che infligge energia bella ed una carica esplosiva e romantica al contempo stesso, l'aspetto fisico del cantante sembra una clonazione di Diego - vincitore dell'anno scorso nella categoria Giovani - con qualche piccolo difetto (altezza, orecchie, occhiettini ... ), e che Diego non possiede - al mio fida con il quale vivo in simbiosi l'ho coronato quest'anno Il + Bello d'Italia, vedi poster attaccato al mio armadio... . La canzone vincitrice invece di quest'anno nella categoria dei Giovani é purtroppo una canzone, che potrebbe essere la sigla del prossimo Zecchino d'Oro... e interpretata da una cantante, che a mio avviso sembra appena scesa dalle colline, non abbia mai fatto scale come quelle sul palco di Sanremo, con quella espressione costantemente schifata sulla faccia e quegl'occhiali a mó di talpa e naso acquilino, dai venti chili di troppo, sembra un personaggio uscita da un comic per bambini dai 5-9 anni. Ce n'erano di piú belle, decisamente. Degustibus... Io tuttavia mi addormentavo regolarmente intorno alla mezzanotte tranne l'ultima sera, ma questo non dovuto allo spettacolo, perché meritava senc'alcun dubbio. Erano le canzoni. L'anno scorso ce n'é stata una soltanto, ed é stata capace di farmi accaponare la pelle: L'Amore di Diego e Luca. Quest'anno neanche una, tuttavia 6-7 carine. Quindi, si sá giá cosa ci si aspetta il prossimo anno: la qualitá dell'anno precedente, ed una migliore per le canzoni da premiare! Innovativo é stato il dato di fatto, che Sanremo era anche su web! Niente male, visto che oggi giorno tutto é su web, ed il web é su tutto! Bravi! ~ Per chi non lo sapesse: categoria Giovani = emergenti ; categoria Bigs = giá affermati

But, tell me, do you have any trouble with your originally one, Nick Clooney?! Retirement plans?.. it sounds familiar .. Senile or so?! My one died in 1992, but the rest is making an ending, too, Alzheimer, psychiatric care and so on. ..

26.01.09 - (People) The Screen Actors Guild shared the wealth among this year's biggest stars, showering Sean Penn and Meryl Streep with leading actor awards during the live telecast Sunday.
Streep humorously acknowledged her surprise while accepting the award for outstanding female actor in a leading role for Doubt. "I didn't even buy a dress," said the actress, who wore black pants. "I'm really, really shocked."

But Streep, who was beat out in the leading actress category by Kate Winslet at the Golden Globes, used her time at the podium to make a serious point.

I am so in awe of the work of the women this year – nominated, not nominated – so proud of us girls. Everybody wins when we get parts like this." ~ I like her, I am not lesbian, but she has something.. I cannot explain.. a sort of .. well, how to say.. sense of humour and talent en masse?! .. congrats to everybody there!!!
22.01.09 - (People) Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may want to dust off the mantle and make room for matching his and her Oscar trophies after picking up Best Actor and Best Actress nominations Thursday.
Pitt, whose film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button collected 13 Oscar nods, including Best Picture, called the nominations "a great honor for the movie," while giving props to his director. "I'm especially happy for David Fincher, for without him there would be no Ben Button," said Pitt, who was last nominated for a supporting role in Twelve Monkeys in 1996.
Oscars aside, Changeling star Jolie also had words of gratitude for her director: Working with Clint Eastwood "was a reward in itself that will last me a lifetime," she said.
My godness, 13 to 10 , I guess this year will be famously incredibly full of suspance and glamour and it will be a gorgeous evening! Congrats to the nobs to the most famous Hollywood couple besides Tom and Kate , Brad and Jolie. This year all is a challenge, a pleasure, an honour!! Wow! (I am so sorry for Tom, maybe next year!!)
